Neupulse is preparing for the launch of a neuromodulation device designed to help people with Tourette’s Syndrome control their tics — technology featured in the BAFTA award-winning feature film I Swear.

As the company moved towards launch, the focus shifted from outsourced development towards building long-term internal capability across engineering, customer experience, and operations.

Before working with Cohort, hiring had been managed through traditional recruitment agencies — creating high costs, inconsistent support, and little long-term hiring capability inside the business itself.
